Buck was a dear friend to my mother and I. We live in Augusta Ga and have been coming to Cherokee for many years. We first met Buck at the flea market. I learned of his death today. My mother and I are feeling his loss with tremendous sorrow. Our trips to Cherokee will never be the same. We loved to go by Bucks and sit on the front porch. We shared many laughs as he was one of the funniest people i have ever met. We loved Buck and will miss him terribly.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. I will never fail to think of Buck when I happen to pass through the Flea Mkt. as he was almost a permanent fixture and a breath of fresh air. Although be has been in bad condition for a long time he never ever lost his sense of humor, and we know he is definately in a better place.
