Eugene Willard Wiggins, 71, of Bryson City, passed away Friday, February 28, 2014, at Mountain View Manor. A native of Swain County, he was the son of Thelma Pauline Thomasson of Bryson City and the late Wade Willard Wiggins. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his sister Hilda Armitage.
He is survived by his son Gary Eugene Wiggins of Whittier; sisters, Vivian Wiggins and husband Fred Nilsson of Bryson City, and Ruth Wiggins of Bryson City; four grandsons; one great grandson; three nephews and two nieces.
No services are planned.
Crisp Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
