Obituary of Judy Elaine Martin

Judy Elaine Martin, 60, of Whittier, went home to be with her mother and father Thursday, May 29, 2014 in a Jackson County Hospital. A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Audrey Martin. She was a member of the Bryson City VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her son, Kevin Martin and wife Melissa of Whittier; five grandchildren, Lynn Martin, Hailey Martin, Isaac Martin, Tiffany Martin, Roy Martin; one sister, Mary Wertz of Michigan; three brothers, Roy Martin Jr. of Wilmington, Troy Martin, and Terry Martin of Whittier. Funeral Services will be held at 2PM Sunday in the Chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Ned Pressley will officiate with burial in the Campground Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9PM Saturday at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family or to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
