Jessie Hall Tuck, 90, of Bryson City, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 23, 2014 in a Macon County Hospital. A native of Swain County she was the daughter of the late Ansel Hall and Geneva Hall Kendrick and wife of the late James William Tuck Sr. She was a member of the Jackson Line Baptist Church. One of the great loves of her life was her songwriting and performing her music.
She was preceded in death by her step-son James William Tuck Jr. and siblings, David Hall, Fred Hall, Robert A. Hall, Donald Hall, and Mary Hall Tuck.
She is survived by one daughter Gerri Tuck Ridge and husband Michael of Bryson City; one son Kevin Ray Tuck and wife Dianne Sherrill Tuck; two grandchildren, Jessica Frances Thomas Rinaman, and Christopher Kevin Tuck; two great grandchildren, Landon and Liam Rinaman.
Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
