My deepest and sincere condolences for your loss. Mr. Hancock was one of those unique individuals who enlivened all who sought his friendship, and certainly all who knew him understood that more than anything on this earth he treasured his family. Dear Aunt Clara, Garry, Teresa, Tony, Christy, and families,
We are praying for you all as we know you miss Uncle Joe tremendously. It is so hard to be without your dad. He was such a fun person to be around and quick to be a blessing to others. We also rejoice with you knowing that his suffering is over and he is in the presence of Jesus. May God's peace comfort you greatly over the coming days.
Love,
Marcy, Steve, Joshua, Caleb, & Makayla

I remember Papaw (Cecil Taylor) taking me up to Joe's when I was a child. He was an amazing man and a good friend. He will be missed by many. If there's anything you all need we are just down the road :)

My thoughts and prayers go out to Gary, Teresa, Tony, Christie and Clara at this difficult time. I have fond memories as a child of family cookouts, homemade ice cream and oyster stew. Of course I remember "Joe the Oil Man" delivering heating oil to our home. We were so blessed that our fathers were friends.
