Obituary of Eula Myrtle DeHart

Eula DeHart 97, of Bryson City, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, February 20, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Kinney and Sarah Gibbs Carpenter, and wife of the late Joseph Kale DeHart, Sr. In addition to her husband and parents she was also preceded in death by two sons, Kinney and Phillip DeHart.
She is survived by four daughters, Carroll Bower and husband Chuck, Sonja Brooks, Margaret DeHart, and Alice D. Nolen and husband Garry; two sons, Clayton Baird, Jr., and wife Nancy, and Joseph K. DeHart, Jr.; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
A graveside service will be held 2:30 PM Friday at Holly Springs Cemetery.
Crisp Funeral Home is assisting the family.
