Alice Irene Walbert, 81, of the Wesser Creek Community passed away Monday, April 19, 2010 in Haywood County . A native of Birmingham, AL, she was the daughter of the late James Tezzie and Rena Dell Watkins Mcguire. She graduated from Anderson University in Anderson, IN and retired from Pan American Airways.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Dylan Lebron Brown; and brother, James Floyd Mcguire.
She is survived by her daughters, Julie Bielecki and husband Mike, Sarah Baumez; grandchildren, Kim Sanders, Kari Baumez and husband Scott, Jordan Jarrett, Mykaela Bielicki, Bradleigh Bielecki, Jaden Bielecki, Jonathan Bielecki; and great grandchildren, Shane Sanders, Destin Brown, Shalyn Sanders, and Sawyer Sanders.
Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 23, 2010 in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Revs. Eddie Taylor and Jason Holloway officiated. Burial was in Euchella Cemetery.
The family received friends Thursday at the funeral home.
