Obituary of Dorothy Ann Sitton Weeks

On January 16, 2018 Dorothy Ann Sitton Weeks passed away peacefully. She was the daughter of the late Glenn and Phobe Brown Sitton and the wife of the late Gene Weeks.

 

She is survived by her six children, Glenn, Michael (Cindi), Joan (Robbie Simmons), Fred (Kim), Donald, and Ruth Ann; grandchildren, Brian Simmons (Crystal), Alisha Thomas (Phil), Nolan McIntosh (Shealeen), Michael, Justin, Justine, Jed, Jewell, Ashley, Bella, Wyatt, and Zachary Weeks; one great grandchild, Waylon Hall; sister, Mozelle Sitton; niece, Tammy Mclean and husband Kenny; great nephews, Kort and Cash Mclean.

 

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Roy, Stanley and Odie Sitton.

 

She will always be remembered as a person that loved everybody and had the ability to find good in everyone she met.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Dr. John Tagliarini will officiate with burial in the Holly Springs Cemetery.

 

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 pm Saturday at the funeral home.

 

The family would like to thank the staff of Mountain View Manor for their loving care.
