Kennith Joe (George) Wike, 67, of Bryson City, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, November 1, 2018. A native of Swain County, he was the son of the late Joseph Daniel Wike and Harold and Virgie Nations Loftis. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by one daughter, Kena Renee Wike, and one brother, Richard Ben Wike.
He is survived by his loving companion, Pamela Bryson Wike; two daughters, Angela Leigh Wike, and Kelly Wike Sawyer (Barry); one son Kenneth Heath Wike all of Bryson City; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; one sister, Barbara Ann Friend of Waxhaw, NC, and two brothers, Dean and David Loftis.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday at Crisp Funeral Home Chapel. Revs. Mike Nations and Charles Ray Ball will officiate with burial at Mason Branch Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday at the Funeral Home.
