Obituary of Edna Mae Wiggins

Edna Cline Wiggins, 96, of the Galbreath Creek Community, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 20, 2018. A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Sallie Styles Cline and wife of the late Jesse Wiggins. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by one daughter, Dorothy Wiggins; one great granddaughter, Latasha Wiggins; two brothers, Sebie Cline, and Percival Cline; and one sister Irene Bradley.
She is survived by four sons, Hilary "Chuck" Wiggins (Darlene), Ted Wiggins (Carolyn), Richard Wiggins, and Wilburn Wiggins; two daughters, Shirley Parker, and Vickie Wiggins; 10 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Pruitt, Amanda Davis, and Tela King; her chosen sister, Carmen Cline. She was a second mom to many.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday at Crisp Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ernie Stiles will officiate with burial in Thomas Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM Friday at the Funeral Home.
