I worked for Bob for 5 years at WPT, He was honest straight forward and a very positive influence on my life. I will always remember Bob coming to get my extension pole when I worked in Winter park area, He had an avocado tree some where and would return the pole with a bag of avocados.
He pressed me to continue my education in communications which turned out to be plus in an changing environment.
Rest well my friend.

Some of the most enjoyable rounds of golf that I played was in the company of Bob. I loved playing golf with this man.

Mr. Bob, as we all knew him. He was a wonderful and spiritual man. He stood in the role of many dads and grandpas. Showing us "youngsters" just what a man figure should be to each of us, as needed. We could always see the love that he displayed, not only to Mrs. Lou. But also to each of us. He displayed the love of a family, which many of us begged for. Being a child of a group home, obviously, we lacked the family fundamentals... we learned such things by being around this family. They had overflowing love for each other but also for each of us. Some of us had never felt love before. As bad as that sounds, you have no idea how that felt. Knowing that someone, actually a whole family loved us, WOW! When you go from no one to a whole family, well, unless you've been there, you just don't know. Just wonderful is the best that I can say. I learned so much from Mr. Bob. Things I didn't even realize until I became a parent myself. Mr. Bob will be very missed, however he made his mark on this Earth without any doubt.

So sad. Bob was such a character. Both my husband and I worked with him over the years at WPTC. Another great guy we will miss. Our deepest sympathy.

I worked with Bob for a number of years at Winter Park Telephone. His sense of humor is one of the things that I remember most about him. He was a pleasure to work with. My deepest condolences.

Well said. One of my favorite memories is the family croquet games.
