Obituary of Shirley Ann Haigler
Shirley Ann Haigler, 68, of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord Friday, April 26, 2019. A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late James and Violet Kirkland McMahan and wife of the late William Jackson Haigler.
She is survived by three children, Steve Herron, Tony Herron and Rachel Coker; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one sister, Joretta Stanton; two brothers, Hershey James McMahan, Harold McMahan; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Monday at Lauada Cemetery. Rev. Eddie Stillwell will officiate.
The family will receive friends starting at 10:15 am Monday at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Crisp Funeral Home to help with funeral expences.
