Obituary of James Bret Edwards

James Bret Edwards, 56, of Whittier went home to be with the Lord September 18, 2022.
A longtime resident of Whittier, he was the son of Marietta Smith Edwards of Cruso and the late Horace Edwards.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Sam Edwards of Whittier; sister, Mandy Lynch of Cruso; niece, Amy of Asheville; and nephew, Declan Lynch of Cruso.
A memorial service will be held from 6 to 7 pm Saturday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Jim Dean will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 6 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
