Gaytha Lynn Thompson,75, of the Alarka community, went home to be with the Lord
January 13, 2023. A Louisiana native, daughter of Luther and Mildred Carver.
She was a active member of Mt. Vernon Freewill Baptist Church and loved her ladies group.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years Pete Thompson. One daughter and son-in-law
Kay & Jerry Brown, Two sons and daughter-in-laws, David & Ashley and Darrell & Jill Thompson.
Grandkids, Melinda, Clayton, Andrew, Megan, Henry, Jake & Adam.
One Greatgrand kid, Lily
The family will receive friends January 17th from 5pm-7pm at Crisp funeral home.
Celebration of life will follow at a later date.
The family asked that in lieu of flowers please send a donation to Mt. Vernon Freewill Baptist Church, Women's group.
