I went to school with Louise and her sister Frances. I never saw Louise when she wasn't giggling or had a smile on her face - the world was her cookie. After marrying, I moved to Qualla where the Bumgarners lived and raised their children. Meeting the girls parents was a pleasure. Both Louise and Frances stayed just as friendly as the day I met them - no airs, just plain country folks. Friends like that are hard to find. Rest in peace Louise and know that I love you very much. Just wish I had done a better job of staying in touch
