Obituary of Ethel Nellie Mae Osborne

Ethel Brendle Osborne, 92, of Bryson City, passed away peacefully October 11, 2023. A native of Swain County she was the daughter of the late George Brendle and Belzie Franklin Brendle. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband Curley Osborne, and siblings: Fonzie Brendle, Edward Brendle, Stanley Brendle, Dockie Brendle, and Vivian Brendle Cody She is survived by her children: Leshia Lee and George Lee; She is also survived by her sister Wanda Ball and many nieces and nephews; 1 grandchild Emily Cogdill, and 2 great-grandsons Micah and Reed A graveside service will be held, October 13, 2023, at 11:00am, at the Brendle Hill Cemetery with Max Cochran officiating.
