Obituary of David Norman Hardin
Stormin Norman Hardin
David Norman Hardin, 67, died at his home after an extended battle with cancer. He was the owner of the Soco Valley Motel and Loco Kwik Stop. A biker since 1964, he believed in the open road and living a simple life. He was born March 29, 1945 to the late Elnora Crowe Hardin and Red Hardin of Cherokee.
He died December 23, 2012 leaving behind his family; brothers, Glenn Hardin of Andrews, Lloyd Hardin of Cherokee; wife of 33 years, Little Lou of Cherokee; daughters, Norma Rae Hardin and her son Darius David of Cherokee; Michella Lynn Nuttle of Maryville; and Ursula Ann Ilgenfritz of MD.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. James (Bo) Parris will officiate with burial in Campground Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
