We didn't get to visit cousin Tom much due to the amount of miles between us and 'Life' of course and now it breaks my heart. I knew Tom as a very gentle soul who was selfless and loved family so much. He may no longer be with us physically but will leave an imprint on our hearts. Love you Tom and love you Maryanne.

Tom was always so sweet, kind hearted, and friendly. I have a couple favorite memories of Tom that I would like to share. When we had or family get together at Tenkiller Lake far too many years ago, I remember Tom swimming and having fun with the kids and not afraid to embrace his inner child. It was so sweet and Tom was having a blast and the kids were having fun with him too, it’s something that now as a mother I think about and try to do on a regular basis.
And my all time favorite and something my sisters and I still think about from time to time- we were just kids, so Tom had to be pretty young himself, and he just showed up at the house! We were all so surprised, he had gotten in his car and driven from Chicago to Kansas and decided to come for a visit. It was perfect timing as my youngest sisters birthday party was the next day. Her party was at McDonalds and again I remember Tom just thinking it was the greatest thing ever and psyched to be there for her. He stayed for a few days and we were all sad to see him go.
Over the years Tom has done a good job keeping in touch, sending cards and letters- something that I always wanted to reciprocate but would soon get busy and distracted. Tom took the time to let people know he cared and that is something I will try my hardest to take with me going forward, another lesson I can learn from my cousin Tom. May he rest in Peace. Love, Andrea

A shining star has dimmed with the loss of Thomas, a man whose spirit gave light and warmth. His generous heart and loving ways touched many, revealing a wisdom beyond his years. The hands that so selflessly helped others now rest, but in our hearts, his influence remains unchanging. As spirited as he was gentle, interesting as he was kind - six years my dear friend; loved instantly and missed immeasurably - a void in life now present where his radiant soul once stood.

Farewell Sweet Tommy. You are perfect now. Your soul is free to rejoice, at last, in the peace that this material world could not offer you. Your kind and generous heart will be forever missed.

Tom, a very caring person who often thought about others before himself. He kept the greeting card companies in business! I will always have a great deal of respect for you cousin. Love always, Don

I was honored to work with Tom at the PAWS Thrift Store, at its old location on Bryson Walk. Tom was a dedicated volunteer and supporter of PAWS. His attention to detail and commitment made him a valuable asset to the organization.
He had a giving and tender heart. He loved his cats and always thought of his friends and family.
You will be missed dear friend.
