Donna Marie Cloer Woodard, 76, of Bryson City passed away August 1, 2024. Donna was born August 17, 1947, to the late Thurman and Bertha Seay Cloer. Donna was a homemaker and loved providing for her family and friends. She always made sure to pay things forward and take care of her fellow man.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson, Travis Tilton; siblings, Thurman Cloer Jr., Barbara Cloer Wiggins, and Kathleen Cloer Woods
She is survived by her husband and best friend of 59 years, Ralph Woodard; daughter, Lisa Woodard; siblings: James “Bud” Cloer, Elsie Cloer Green, Roger Cloer, Mike Cloer, Nina Cloer, Josephene Cloer Southards, Gertrude Cloer Southards, Sandra Cloer Lambert, Ray Cloer, and Carolyn Cloer Tackett; she is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and extended relations and many friends.
