Obituary of Willa M Lowe

Willa Mae “Bill” Lowe, 95, of Bryson City, NC went to her Heavenly home on August 9, 2024 to be with her Lord and family. She was born on September 7, 1928 to the late Cargus and Ella Mae Amburn.
Willa was a homemaker, and retail worker in the clothing industry. She was an exceptional loving aunt who loved her family and her Lord.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Lowe; her sisters, Ruth Lowe, Edna Jenkins, and Louise Amburn; brothers, Bobby Amburn, Jack Amburn, and Ralph Amburn; her nephews, David Lowe, Johnny Jenkins, and Mark Jenkins.
She is survived by her step-daughter, Sharon Eller of Johnston City, Tennessee; step-son, Bill Lowe and wife June of Asheville, NC; step-grandchildren, Lori Larsens, Shannon Eller and David Eller. She is also survived by her nieces, Linda Crisp, and Cindy Tyner; nephews Mitchell Jenkins, Tim Jenkins, Jeff Lowe, Brian Lowe, Craig Jenkins, Wesley Jenkins, Adam Wiggins, Ben Wiggins,and Chad Crisp and many great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Monday August 12, 2024 at Crisp Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Wesley Jenkins will officiate with burial at Green Hill Cemetery in Waynesville, NC.
The family will receive friends at Crisp Funeral Home from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM on Monday, August 12, 2024.
Pallbearers will be nephews and great nephews.
The family wishes to thank the loving and caring staff at Mountain View Manor for the expert care given to Willa during her short stay.
Special thanks to all of Willa’s wonderful and caring neighbors.
