Obituary of Deloris Faye Taylor

Deloris Waldroup Taylor, 73, of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord January 19, 2014. She was the daughter of the late Boyce Waldroup and the late Louise Brown Waldroup. She was preceded in death by husband Cecil Taylor and infant daughter Edna Gail Taylor. She was also preceded in death by one brother and one half brother. Surviving are two sisters, one brother, four half sisters, and two half brothers. Also surviving two daughters Dewanda Sutton and husband Ricky; Sandra Burchfield and husband Chris. One son Wayne Taylor and wife Robin. Seven grandchildren: Amanda Singley, Tim Taylor, Crystal Taylor, Cynthia Lewis, Steven Capps, Jeremy Lewis,and Anna Beck. 12 great grandchildren: Christian, Christopher, Austin, Josh, Trinity, Amber, Carson, Kaison, McKenzie, Ashlyn, Xander, and Logan. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Robert Taylor will officiate with burial in the Valleytown Cemetery in Andrews. DUE TO THE WEATHER, THE FAMILY HAS DECIDED TO POSTPONE THE VISITATION UNTIL 12 PM WEDNESDAY. THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS FROM 12 TO 2 PM WEDNESDAY AT THE FUNERAL HOME.
