Carolyn Ball Stilwell, 47, of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord Thursday, October 14, 2010 in a Buncombe County Hospital. A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late Janette Hyde Ball, and Carroll Ball of Freewater, Oregon.
She is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Sha Stilwell of Bryson City; two sons, Matthew Jason Stilwell of Bryson City, Richard Earl Stilwell, II and wife Cassie of Shelby, NC; three grandchildren, Zoe, Corey, Colin; two brothers, Steve Ball, and Mark Ball, both of Stanley, NC
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. David Burch will officiate with burial in the Laurel Branch Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
