Gail Ruth Webb, 66, of the Coopers Creek Community went home to be with the Lord Friday October 9, 2015. A native of Lincoln Park, MI she was the daughter of the late Bill and Doris Martin Rice. She was an avid supporter of the PAWS Foundation in Bryson City. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Jack Webb; daughter Jodi Vogeli (Mike) of Canton MI; son, Jason G. Webb of Bryson City; grandchildren, Seth, Lucas, and Maya Vogeli; brother, Gary Rice (Kim) of Bullhead City, AZ; brothers and sisters –in-law, Delbert and Geraldean Webb of Bryson City and Donna Underwood, Doris and Ray Nations of Liberty, SC; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Tony Cochran will officiate with burial in the Thomas Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the PAWS Animal Shelter, PO Box 1814, Bryson City, NC 28713.
