My brother, Bill, was a character of the highest calibre. He was always ready with a joke and never met a stranger. It is very difficult to realize that he will no longer advise us, to "keep our eyes open" when driving past a certain location", Why? "because it's dangerous to drive with your eyes shut."
We will miss you, Bill. Your 'sad blister' (bad sister), Shirley

Although it is long ago and far away, I remember with enduring fondness Billy Scott performing in the annual Talent Shows at Swain High School. In my mind's eye I envision him, as if it was yesterday rather than 1958, playing his guitar and singing a song, "Fraulein," made popular by Bobby Helms. It is heartening to learn that somewhat shy though gifted teenager found joy in his obvious musical skills throughout all his years.
